"I have known Ryan Mechaley for many years and watched as he progressed his career through the South Dakota Highway Patrol, and into being a small business owner. Ryan is a genuine, and honest candidate. A man who still believes a handshake and a promise mean something. He may not tell you what you want to hear, but he will tell you the truth.
As a 25 year, now retired Deputy I know first hand how the “good ol boy” network has been around for years in the Pennington Co. Sheriffs Office. It has run it’s course and has proven extremely ineffective as proven by crime statistics, public safety, and overall community health. Ryan is a true patriot who like many of us are sick of the direction our society is moving. Ryan has dedicated his life to helping others and has stepped up to make a difference for the betterment of all. From holding criminals responsible for their actions, to begin WISELY spending tax dollars on law enforcement and not unnecessary programs who have a proven losing record of helping our current problems. Ryan is a no nonsense person who believes a outside entity should not be filtering/financing money into the Sheriffs Office in order to further their left sided cause. A vote for Ryan is a vote for progress and transparent law enforcement as well as a better use of the hard earned tax dollars we pay for professional and competent law enforcement.
